Movement!?!
Last night at work I am pretty sure that I felt the baby move. I have been feeling flutters lately but last night I felt more like a roll then there was some pressure. The more I poked at the pressure the stronger the pressure got, apparently the baby is stubborn and likes a certain spot it is the same area that I have been feeling the flutters. The baby should be over 4 inches and weighs 2 1/2 ounces. Also the little heart is pumping 25 quarts of blood. AmAzInG!!! I can't wait to meet the baby.

Little Update
So I am very happy that morning sickness appears to be over, hopefully! Today the cravings really began. Here is a list that is probably not complete:
Banana's
Chicken Noodle Soup (with the big noodles not campbells)
Homemade Pizza (left over from last night)
Peas
Noodles
Chicken (which I combined the previous 3 to make dinner)
Twizzlers
Oreo's
Watermelon
Sunny Delight
and currently banana bread
So I guess not gaining any weight in the first trimester isn't bad because I think I will gain it all in the next few days.
PS I went grocery shopping and bought all of these things. And have enjoyed almost all of them. At least they are semi healthy I mean not the oreos but banana's I HATE bananas go figure.

Mother's Day email from my sis
A Newborn's Conversation with God!
A baby asked God, 'They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?' God said, 'Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you.'
The child further inquired, 'But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy.' God said, 'Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy.'
Again the child asked, 'And how am I going to be able to understand when people talk to me if I don't know the language?' God said, 'Your angel will tell you the most beautiful and sweet words you will ever hear, and with much patience and care, your angel will teach you how to speak.'
'And what am I going to do when I want to talk to you?' God said, 'Your angel will place your hands together and will teach you how to pray.'
'Who will protect me?' God said, 'Your angel will defend you even if it means risking its life.'
'But I will always be sad because I will not see you anymore.' God said, 'Your angel will always talk to you about Me and will teach you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be next to you.'
At that moment there was much peace in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child hurriedly asked, 'God, if I am to leave now, please tell me my angel's name.'
God said, 'You will simply call her, 'Mom.'

Email from a friend
Why, Why, Why
do we press harder on a remote control when we know the batteries are getting dead?
Why do banks charge a fee on "insufficient funds" when they know there is not enough money?
Why does someone believe you when you say there are four billion stars, but check when you say the paint is wet?
Why doesn't glue stick to the bottle?
Why do they use sterilized needles for death by lethal injection?
Why doesn't Tarzan have a beard?
Why does Superman stop bullets with his chest, but ducks when you throw a revolver at him?
Why do Kamikaze pilots wear helmets?
Whose idea was it to put an "S" in the word "Lisp"?
If people evolved from apes, why are there still apes?
Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath you use the bubbles are always white?
Is there ever a day that mattresses are not on sale?
Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with hopes that something new to eat will have materialized?
Why do people keep running over a string a dozen times with their vacuum cleaner, then reach down, pick it up, examine it, then put it down to give the vacuum one more chance?
Why is it that no plastic bag will open from the end on your first try?
How do those dead bugs get into those enclosed light fixtures?
When we are in the supermarket and someone rams our ankle with a shopping cart then apologizes for doing so, why do we say, "It's all right?" Well, it isn't all right, so why don't we say, "That hurt, you stupid idiot?"
Why is it that whenever you attempt to catch something that's falling off the table you always manage to knock something else over?
In winter why do we try to keep the house as warm as it was in summer when we complained about the heat?
How come you never hear father-in-law jokes?
And my FAVORITE......
The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends -- if they're okay, then it's you.

French Toast
The baby wants french toast really bad. I don't think there is going to be enough in this town. Last night I craved cheeseburgers and pickles until Dan finally went to the 24 hour Mcdonalds to help me out. Ha Ha that wants he's here for right?

A friend emailed this to me and I found it interesting.
As you know, the federal government is sending each and everyone of us a $600 rebate.
As you ponder how you will spend your money, please consider the following:
- If we spend that money at Wal-Mart, the money will go to China.
- If we spend it on gasoline it will go to the Arabs.
- If we purchase a computer it will go to India.
- If we purchase fruit and vegetables it will go to Mexico, Honduras, and
Guatemala.
- If we purchase a good car it will go to Japan.
- If we purchase useless crap it will go to Taiwan...and none of that will help the American economy.
The only way to keep that money here at home is if we Americans unite together and buy: tattoos, weed, beer, and prostitutes, since these are the only products still produced in the USA.
Thank you for your help & please support the US economy and your fellow Americans
As you ponde
- If we spend
- If we spend
- If we purch
- If we purch
Guate
- If we purch
- If we purch
The only way to keep that money
Thank

For Grandma and Grandpa
Since I kept it a secret from you for almost a month. I thought it would be nice to add some of my journal entries so you can know what I was thinking when we found out and after dr's appointments. hope you enjoy!
April 7
The doctor says that everything looks great, I am measuring at 8 weeks which is what we thought and at my next appointment they will hear the heartbeat. She also told me that I should only gain 15-22 pounds throughout my pregnancy. I read you are supposed to gain 30 pounds. Is she just telling me low so I don’t go overboard?
March 24
Today I had to be at the doctors at 9:45 a.m. I didn’t get home until almost 3:00 p.m. It was so long and filled with lots of tests and questions. The due date is November 16. I got tested for diabetes and it was absolutely horrable! I had to drink this nasty orange soda that is so sweet and gross and try not to throw up. But hopefully it is all over at least for now. Everything else is fine all is going good not to much morning sickness. I see the doctor on April 7th and they will try to hear a heartbeat, I hope they can.
March 11 journal entry.
It's amazing how one line can change your life...
This morning I decided to find out if my gut feeling was right. Well it was, after having 4 emotional breakdowns at work on Saturday I got the feeling that something was very different. I started jumping up and down and Dan stood there with the box in his hand trying to comprehend everything before he passed out. (Which he looked like he was about to do)I called my sister first and she hung up on me then called me back a few minutes later and was excited. Then I called Jill she was excited, then Briana. We told Dan’s mom and of course first grandbaby very excited then we decided to keep it to ourselves. Well I dropped Dan off at work and was so excited that everyone started guessing and now everyone knows. I have my first Dr’s appointment on March 24. Can’t wait!

Who's Hand Is It In?
A basketball in my hands is worth about $19.
A basketball in Michael Jordan's hands is worth about $33 million.
It depends whose hands it's in.
A baseball in my hands is worth about $6.
A baseball in Roger Clemens hands is worth $4.75 million
It depends on whose hands it's in.
A tennis racket is useless in my hands.
A tennis racket in Andre Agassis hands is worth millions.
It depends whose hands it's in.
A rod in my hands will keep away an angry dog.
A rod in Moses' hands will part the mighty sea.
It depends whose hands it's in.
A slingshot in my hands is a kid's to y.
A slingshot in David's hand is a mighty weapon.
It depends whose hands it's in.
Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in my hands is a couple of fish
sandwiches.
Two fish and 5 loaves of bread in Jesus hands will feed thousands.
It depends whose hands it's in.
Nails in my hands might produce a birdhouse.
Nails in Jesus Christ's hands will
produce salvation for the entire world.
It depends whose hands it's in.
As you see now, it depends whose hands it's in.
So put your concerns, your worries, your fears, your hopes, your
dreams, your families and your relationships in God's hands because...
It depends whose hands it's in.
This message is now in YOUR hands.
What will YOU do with it?

Our new cat Smokers
Dan found another cat on February 4th while he was outside. We took her to the vet and she is 4-5 years old and is 4 pounds. She doesn't have front claws so the vet assumes that someone owned her when she was a kitten. They shaved her belly to see if she has a scar from being fixed but he didn't see one which could just mean that she was really young when she got fixed. Her and Storm are getting along alright, they hiss when they are too close but other then that they just ignore each other.

My birthday!!!
Friday, January 18, 2008
I know update already.
I know that it has been a long time since we last updated, but we are both becoming insanely busy. I started babysitting a little girl in the mornings while her mom is at school I absolutely love her she is so much fun. And Dan started picking up more shifts at work. We are trying our hardest to get out of debt so we can start our own family. We still have 1 semester of my schooling and some wedding expenses left. The sad thing is, is that even when we get out of debt to start a family we are going to have to get right back in it to buy a bigger vehicle, I just don't think the ranger is family friendly.
